Free in person Meditation in Coolidge Park, with teaching and practice on working with difficult emotions through meditation. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity. 

This is one of a series of events over the next few months, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
