Free in person Meditation in the Riverwalk Park at the dam, with teaching and practice on developing compassion in daily life, from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to use meditation to find more calm and kindness.
This is one of a series of events over the summer, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
We will be at the Tennessee Riverwalk Park, on the southwest side of Chickamauga Dam, off Amnicola Highway. See the image below to help guide you.
