  • Introductory teaching and practice for meditation from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective
  • Appropriate to all levels and beliefs

Free in person Meditation in Renaissance Park, with teaching and practice on using meditation to help manage anxiety and stress at difficult times. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to practice meditation and better understand anxiety. 

This is one of a series of events over the summer, each with a different focus but all intended to provide information and a chance to learn about and practice meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.
